Return Policy:
DermaBlinx does not offer returns on any of our products. However, in the rare instance that your product is damaged during transit by the courier, we are happy to assist with a replacement. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, providing a photo of the damaged product and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement of the damaged item once verified.
DermaBlinx reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Exchange Policy:
Given that our products are personal skin care items, we do not offer exchanges. Skincare products are delicate and can be affected by environmental conditions once opened, which is why we cannot accept any products for exchange after they’ve been shipped.
